Absa insurance bad experience
Had bad incident with Absa insurance. Policy no ***. Claim no ***. Claim for invertor failure due to power surge from outside company inspection. Absa say can only pay R9K for power surge. But the claim amount is R30k. How is this possible. Why insurance my invertor system if only to be short changed.. this amount can't replace my faulty unit.. now sitting in the dark due to loadshedding... Feeling really let down 👎
