ABSA insurance bad dealings
my name is Sulaiman and my number is ***, i bought my car and insured it through Absa. now i sold that car and wanted to cancel the insurance , Absa could not stop deducting my money , i would want them to reverse my money but they told be after phomning that they will escalate to the third party which i got the insurance through and i ddnt know about this, worse still , the third part has been deducting my money also seperate of absa.

29 Sept 2024, 21:34While I appreciate that absa came back and promised to follow up. My issue is now they have delayed and another deduction went through. So I now have 2 months of duductions when I don't have the car that I insured with them. I want my 2 months money back in full. I am nit happy at all

08 Oct 2024, 15:30I was given the 4th as the day when I will receive a response. But still am waiting. I have received a positive information that the deductions will be terminated. But what then is left is a 2 months refund which they deducted am now defaulting on my other parents. Noone ever spoke about that ans I am worried

My other question is then to say why is a company deduction insurance of a car that is sold. Now it means they will continue to deduct my money. What should I do then. 23 Oct 2024, 23:43So Absa said they did their investigation and concluded that by any means there is no way that it is an absa insurance. After further investigations they confirmed now that it is actually their insurance. Now they only said we will cancel. Yet they have deducted my money for full 2 months and have not said anything about paying back my money.
