Absa insurance are unprofessional.
I just found out, after 2 years, that Absa never insured my house, although they lent money to me. Now I've tried to contact them, but they areaking it impossible to speak to someone of authority. Is it legal to give someone a home loan without insurance? Anyone who does business with Absa better make very sure what's going on. Absa will stab you in the back.
