ABSA INSURANCE ARE ****MERS

I sold my house in 2023 and bought a new house in the same period and moved in during July 2023. My building insurance was with Absa and my bond and everything done through Absa. I informed them of the change and cancelled the insurance for the old house and took out insurance for my new house with them. I recently discovered that they have been deducting for both houses. When I queried it, they would investigate and almost a month later they don't respond to queries. Well I will be cancelling them, they are utterly unprofessional and people thinking about Absa insurance should definitely NOT even consider them
