ABSA INSURANCE APPOINTING DODGE COMPANIES

ABSA Appointed a dodge company called Domentic Industries that, taking more than 2 months to replace a geyser, after so many complaints today this morning this dodge company expects me to pay excess before they can come, i told them if they are genuine they need to come with the geyser and go on top of the roof , if they prove that they are genuine i will pay, the fact that they refused to come proves to me they dodge. They failed to communicate with me from 27th November when i registered a claim , the only communication is with their banking details. Is it possible for ABSA to appoint genuine Companies, surely a geyser manufactured is SA can not take 2 and a half months to come ,i know for a fact that you can import anything form anywhere in the world and it takes less than 3 weeks. ABSA needs take us clients serious its not like they coming to fix my geyser on gift voucher , i pay premiums promptly. This company and who ever appoints needs to be investigated to protect us in times of need, i feel ****med .
