ABSA Insurance any feedback PLEASE

Good day ABSA Insurance. Since the floods in George ( November 2021) my property has not been repaired properly. I have raised numerous complaints, numerous emails but to no avail. NO feedback from ABSA Insurance except that the will investigate. C-***6 just another complaint ref number but to no avail!!!! Water is seeping through my wall and the paint is peeling where the ABSA appointed contractor "rebuilt" the wall. ABSA Insurance does not care about the poor workmanship that they paid for. Please advise or Call me. 7 months later and my property is still not to the condition it was before the floods.
