ABSA INSURANCE AN ABOSOLUTE DISGRASE

ABSA Insurance is very dodge, and employs desktop assessors who can not even come to the site assess, now they do not want to pay, their argument is it was poor workmanship, How can you talk of poor workmanship for a wall which was build by German Engineers and Architects, that sustained more than 50 years of hash weather, it even sustained the 2022 floods, I can understand if it is coming from a competent engineer who comes to site, that was the reason they don't want to come to the site timely , why do you take premiums all these years for walls that you assume where not built properly, ABSA insurance are just ****mers. The fact that it 4 weeks to do an assessment for a site they never come and blame poor workmanship, poor workmanship is the Desktop Assessor who never come to the site

If am to advice avoid the insurance company , its big ****mers they run away from primary evidence and look for their own imagined evidence, looks like they send assessors from vocational colleges instead of proper Engineers. So so very *********** and i have proof. They only respond here on social media, but they will not communicate effectively with clients, they very pathetic

I requested ABSA insurance to cancel my policy and unfortunately the called when i was in a meeting, the number that they called with unfortunately no one answers , so pathetic i have to communicate with them through hello peter, They are just there to **** people money.
