ABSA Insurance Activate

I took out the ABSA Insurance and I was told to wait for 3 months for the Activate rewards. After the 3 months period I did get one month’s rewards and thereafter I didn't get any rewards. I have been trying to phone the call centre for days with no success on the issue and I have sent emails and the matter is still not resolved. I would really appreciate a speedy resolution of this matter.
