ABSA Insurance A Disappointment

I don't know why I'm still insured with Absa. The way they treat us is just sad.For the past 2yrs I've asking them to review my policy and I get ignored. I've been put on hold for 2hrs and after that they hang up on me. I called again and they keep telling me that someone will call me and it's been 2yrs since I've been waiting for that call. Called again and its the same story, "someone will call you" and no one calls.My excess amount went up and I only found out when I had to claim, no one bothered to inform or send an email.Why is it a problem when we ask for a policy review with Absa???I've been with Absa insurance for 10yrs and I've never had a problem when it came to policy review but lately my relationship with them has become toxic. I think it's time to switch insurance now cause I can't be in a relationship with a company that fails to keep it's promises. Their standards have dropped.
