ABSA INSURANCE A BIG JOKE

On 27th November 2023 i registered a claim for a geyser, upto (16-01-2024) now they haven't fixed anything if i try to call they drop my calls , they are big ****mers how does it take close to 2 months to replace a geyser, i feel ****med
