There is one lady that is holding this entire Insurance company together. She is the ONLY person replying to emails, phone calls and gives feedback with actual solutions, meaning she does not pass the bucket to the 100 other departments in the entire Absa group. She is the only reason why my account is still with this company. Theresa there is not enough THANKS YOUs in my heart for always replaying and show there are hard working and caring people like you!!!! Thank you again
