ABSA INSURANCE *********** *******
ABSA Insurance you are an absolute disgrace to the ABSA brand
It has taken you over 5 months to settle a claim with several escalations including hand over to the ombudsman and then you have the audacity to say that repair to our boundary would only have cost you R5000 therefore you are only paying R5000. Due to your incompetence it cost us R15 000 to do the repair as it was a safety risk and had to be repaired immediately. This was also indicated by the assessor yet you chose to ignore that.
I will say this again YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!
