ABSA insurance

Pay slightly extra with another insurer. I've had two minor issues, with the worst service I've ever experienced. Claims resolution takes up to three weeks with a substantial amount of flamboyant language having to be used to get them to even send you communication regarding your claim. I can't imagine what would happen if my house burnt down....
