Absa insurance

I did an insurance claim at Absa reference *** they decline my claim stating that the house roof is not within their standard and the tiles are old , I used a bond to purchase the house and it was evaluated and passed and number 2 how can they insure a house which they feel like it is not within the insurance standards why are they deducting my money every month for a house that I cannot claim if there is something wrong please contact me on *** NR Zondo
