Absa Insurance

I am not getting any feedback from Absa Insurance regarding the self inspection required on my vehicle. I have send numerous emails since 16 November 2024 and even reported the matter to their Action Line for escalation. This is totally unacceptable as I have been a loyal customer and expect a service.
