Absa insurance ****

Absa is the worst and ********* bank there is just because you have a vehicle with them they force clients to take Insurnance when we have existing policy.

Why can’t they do follow ups on the insurance we have provided cover for to find out if we have Insurnance or not and if not than call there clients to add their own insurance.

Even after sending my proof of insurance they still have the nerve to go into my account and debit they Insurnance which will than lead my name being in a negative as they can’t debit they premium because of they stupid insurance

You are an ********* bank and what you are doing to force your value added products and your loyal customer is very wrong
