Absa insurance

I’m disappointed by Absa insurance after claiming an accident which affected my gear box, they willing to pay for the body damage but refusing to repair my gear box which the workshop noted the car can’t go into gears.

My car drove well, even drove it onto the roll back, they drove it off the roll back to the workshop, today I’m told the gears aren’t working and the car can’t move. Now the assessor tell me my gear box was about to break.
