ABSA Insuarnce: Promises, Promises

I lodged a complaint about my call to Absa Insurance to obtain a quote for my car. After the complaint appeared on HelloPeter, a person named Pravesh Bejay contacted me and promised to get back to me on or before 6 June 2025. When that didn’t happen and I posted again, he rep**** saying the complaint had been “escalated” and that he would respond by 10 June 2025.

Now, I’ve just received yet another promise: the issue has been escalated again, and he will get back to me by 13 June 2025!
