ABSA INCOMPETENCE AND *******ION!!!

On October 1, 2024, my wife reported that the roof of our bonded house is collapsing, posing a serious danger to our family. Following this report, an assessor was sent to evaluate the damage and reported their findings back to ABSA Insurance. However, to date, no action has been taken to address the issue.

To our surprise and concern, the ABSA Insurance portal now shows the claim as "completed," despite no repair work having been done. This unresolved issue continues to put my family at risk, especially with the ongoing heavy rains causing severe leaking through the compromised roof.

The property in question is located at 29 Sekretarisvoel, Stonehenge, Nelspruit.

We urgently request that this matter be escalated, and appropriate repairs be scheduled and completed immediately. Additionally, I have been unable to reach your ombudsman for assistance, as the contact number provided appears non-functional.
