ABSA IGNORES CANCELLATION AND CONTINUES TO DEDUCT ********LY

I have been trying to cancel my car insurance with ABSA for 3 months now. They simply ignore my request and continue to deduct me ********ly. I have referred them to the ombudmans and they never responded. Their behaviour is ********. Banks are the worst. I bet if I have an accident in these months only then they would accept my cancellation and very fast. They simply gave me a reference of C-***2 in AUGUST 2024 asking for me to await feedback. I have not received any feedback but deductions since I cancelled in August.
