Absa Idirect...stay away..far away

After posting my bad heartwrenching timewasting experience with ABSA idirect I want to warn everyone to stay far away. I complained about their poor service on Hello Peter last week and suddenly I received calls of promises but absolutely nothing has happened regarding my request. I merely want them to send a cope of my ammended policy. A simple email will do. After my first complain they did sent me my policy byt guess what, they sent me my old outdated and not the newly requested edited copy.

I have decided to ask for a quotation from MiWay and received prompt answer, callbacks etc as expected from company who wants to do business. I thought for old times sake I will give ABSA Idirect another chance and after speaking to the complants department twice today, I was simply redirected to their admin department, listening to that prerecorded song for more than 40 minutes again today. I am finished and klaar with ABSA Idirect. Been a client of them for 5 years but must admit, they have deteriorated to a hopeless bunch. Never ever will I suggest them to any colleagues...infact I will opt to pay more elsewhere because it is virtually impossible to speak to someone who are either willing nor capable to assist you. Never never again Stay away. How I am going to cancel my policy will probably be my next challenge..... Stay away
