ABSA IDIRECT WORST INSURANCE TO HAVE A POLICY WITH
This is worst insurance company,i was involved in an accident at night @19:20 pm and filled a claim the following day.The whole took almost a month just to reject it based on inaccurate information and because we challenged them....they cancelled the Policy without our concern

10 Aug 2020, 05:52@Absa Idirect Insurance i want my car repaired or settled as i was paying premiums monthly.my claim was rejected without sufficient evidence and further cancelled my Policy without my concern....I guess its fear of having a client that has infinalized claims.Upon Assessment theres allegations of witnesses being present and the Accident report says otherwise. Please us equal and deliver to your promise.The values and visions you outline in your company profile is different to when its time to implement,please do the right thing as this will dent your company as im willing to take this further......to media,E-NCA,SABC and all Social media platforms and include my lawyers.....so please sort out my Car!!!!!! .....WE PAY INSURANCE FOR SUCH INCIDENTS OR WHEN SUCH SITUATIONS RISES
