ABSA Idirect will go all the way out to reject your claim

I want to state that this specific validator ; Hannes C, doesn`t have a heart and might actually get you arrested just so he doesn`t allow your claim to go through because of the high costs due to damages. I hit a tree for this specific claim that was rejected, due do a bad road and he claims his speed expert says I was driving at 120km at an 80km zone, I mean how because I`m a new driver that was hit by a truck a week before the current accident, so how in the world could I be speeding in an area with ***s and houses in between and taking into account the fact that I`m still shaken from the previous accident? this is ridiculous and absurd.
