ABSA iDirect Vehicle Insurance is HORRIBLE!!!!!!
ABSA Vehicle Insurance has had our vehicle since October 2024 after we had an accident. The vehicle was then taken to Elda Panelbeaters chosen by ABSA Vehicle Insurance. After numerous attempts to follow up, ABSA indicated that the are waiting for some parts from Toyota. Today we made another follow up, ABSA told us that the matter is out of their control and that we must lodge a complaint with Toyota SA. We pay our monthly premiums to ABSA, but now we must be in touch with Toyota SA while we are ABSA clients. Does that even make sense? Stay the hell away from ABSA iDirect Vehicle Insurance 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

You sent us an email yesterday telling us that we must lodge a complaint with Toyota SA but we are your clients, so why must we be the ones contacting Toyota whereas we are your clients? How does that work?
