Absa iDirect USELESS
The policy was canceled on 12 June 2024. A pro-rata amout should be paid back within 14 days. To date nothing and they claimed that they refunded back the money on 17 June 2024. *******! In addition they debited my account again on 01 July 2024. This is totally unacceptable and ********. I am sent from post to pillar. The latest is that I must send a bank statement to prove their incompetence. Why, I bank with ABSA, they can see that no monies was refunded back to me. The social media consultant is also of no use. Ref nr C***4. TOTOALLY USELESS. I BREAKING ALL TIES WITH A ABSA AFTER MORE THAN 20 YEARS
