ABSA idirect unfairly rejected my vehicle claim

I bought a vehicle towards the end of last year and insured it with ABSA idirect unfortunately I got hijacked in December and ABSA idirect don’t want to pay me because the vehicle was registered on Uber platform but on the day of incident or hijacking I was using the vehicle for personal use as per contract of the insurance but ABSA don’t want to pay me and their investigator was victimising me while I was under trauma of being hijacked on gunpoint…please I need help.
