Absa Idirect towing company damages

The towing company that the insurance arranged damaged my rear wheels ABS & slippery sensor cables which costs almost R5000, I called the insurance to notify them about the problem, they told me to send my complains via email even now, I am still waiting for their response, my car is now almost a week at the dealership. I pay for a courtesy car but I was told I only get it when I am only involved in a literal car accident not mechanical failure. This is my second bad experience with this insurance in a space of a week, absa Idirect is not reliable at all.
