absa Idirect, the best insurer

I have been with Absa Idirect Insurance since 2007. My experience has been superb 1. I had a car accident in 2012, the claim process took 1 day, the repair was paid with no challenges 2. 2016 I fell with my cellphone in my pocked. They repaired the phone - no fuss in the process 3. 2018 We had power surge, where my household contents were affected. They replaced, microwave, One fridge, My sons xbox and my garage door 4. 2020. I had a stone chip. I called them at 8. They sent a confirmation to glassfit at 08:30, by 09:00 I was already at the office and the chip was covered 5. 2020 I had another power surge, They sent me a voucher to replace the cellphone within 2 days of collection. I am moving all my assets to idirect. Keep it up
