Absa Idirect taking too long to assess my claim

<p>I had a car accident on the 3rd of May on my way to work and I reported the incident to absa within hours of the accident and their assessor came to see the damages on the 5th of May but up until now the 24th of May, I have not heard any feedback of when is my car going in for repairs. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have made numerous call trying to get feedback and am just told that the lady "nameless" who's assessing my claim is still busy will the claim. If I had taken the courtesy car for the repairs they say I would only get 30 days but it's now 21 days after the accident and the is no progress. This is very concerning for an insurance which i my rely on.</p>
