Absa idirect refuses to cancel car insurance

Absa idirect abruptly increased the monthly premium. I then complained with them that Absa iderect should have notified me about the increase. Now i am asking Absa idirect to cancel the insurance but they keep on saying a consultant will call me to process the cancellation but nothing happens. Instead Absa idirect continues to debit my account
