Absa Idirect poor services
I've never experienced such poor service from iDirect Insurance. I've been trying to get them to phone me back for the last 3 weeks without success. I've asked to remove vehicles from my policy and get my refund. I've spoken with Elsie, Clerence, Thandeka, Jeremy, and Nolan. Clerence was the one that promised he'd get back to me, and up until now I'm still waiting on him after sending emails several times
