Absa idirect no claim bonus

Try Absa idirect to keep promise with 3 year no claim bonus that is not paid out. Case nr c-***6 and ***. First Absa said the bonus was paid out. Then Absa said that i claim in the 3 years and that i not qualify. After investigation it was just a windscreen chip claim( not effecting the no claim bonus). Emails and phonecalls to them is just promises
