Absa Idirect just lost a 10year relationship

Absa Idirect called me to explain that for 10years I was their client and they calculated that in that time my loss ratio is 116% and 10 years later they're punishing me for it.After 3 fender bender claims,no major accident.My premiums went up after those claims,so it's a double punishment.They just lost me!
