ABSA IDIRECT JUST A FARCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOT SERIOUS ABOUT BUSINESS

I have registered a claim with Absa idirect Insurance 3 weeks ago 9 July2022 they never even gotten back to me. I have exhausted all the avenues within their different complaints department until today the claim is not been resloved.
