Absa idirect is useless

They are useless. Iv not only been on hold for 45min but trying to obtain a letter if my previous insurance history with them is nearly impossible. Speaking to a manager is impossible. And no one can help me. Iv spoken to 5agents and they all tell me different things. Does absa idirect actually know what they are doing? This is ridiculous
