Absa idirect is all about Wonderful Service
Every time I call Absa idirect insurance, I am welcomed by a knowledgeable consultant. Today I was assisted this morning by a friendly lady named Mbalizethu Ngcobo. The call took too long but she assisted me with everything I wanted and more. I told her that I am never leaving Absa idirect insurance! Thank you, Mbali for the wonderful service and lovely advice you provided regarding my insurance, I was not intending to insure my household but she advised me, and with her great advice I ended up adding that insurance to my current ones. Keep up the great service!
