ABSA IDIRECT IS A USELESS INSURANCE COMPANY

My car wash towed on Thursday evening it was supposed to be taken to an assessment centre but the assessment centre is closed for the holidays and will reopen in January and absa indirect is giving the running around with redirecting my car to another assessment centre, I have been calling the claims department since 9H00 and until now I haven't gotten through to anyone, their call centre are of no assistance now I must wait for Monday to get assistance, this is totally unacceptable and the worst experience ever, absa Idirect doesn't value their clients nor care about them, as soon a get my car back I am terminating my contract with them, I would never recommend this insurance to anyone, Absa Idirect I USELESS!!!!!!!
