ABSA Idirect is a **** - STAY AWAY

Hi,

I cannot begin to express the frustration i'm feeling right now, I called in on Monday after my account was double debited over the weekend i spoke to a Boipelo and he assured me that the difference will be reserved back into my account on Tuesday morning. I woke up on Tuesday still no refund then i called in again (Note this is me spending my money) I spoke to Yola who conferenced called Dylan and i was once again that the money will be in my account this morning, i made them aware that if the money is not in my account this morning will be cancelling the insurance.

Woke up this morning and the money is still not in my account, again i called and i was told Dylan is not at work today i was referred to a very RUDE man by the name of Davin who was kind enough to cancel my policy without my consent. I asked him to ask someone else to contact me as i was not willing to speak to him because he had his own opinion of how the refund was done without facts.

Then Yola called me at 9:23 to conference again with the Idirect manager who said they need to chat to Finance about this matter and will revert and 2hrs no feedback from the Manager only a call from Yola after i called twice to get feedback. She is now telling me that the money will reflect within 48hrs because i bank with FNB which was not discussed yesterday when i was promised the money.

I NEED MY PUT ON RECORD THAT I WANT THIS INSURANCE CALLED BECAUSE IF THIS IS HOW THINGS START THEN IMAGINE IF I EVER HAVE TO CLAIM.

I WOULD LIKE THE TOTAL R 3126.76 to be refunded to my account since i had to take up insurance with a MORE COMPETENT Company i have to Pay them for Cover.

I DO NOT CARE HOW AND WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ON YOUR SYSTEMS OR SIDE TO GET THIS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY BUT IT HAS TO HAPPEN TODAY. 1 QUERY HAS TAKEN THE WHOLE COMPANY TO RESOLVE THIS IS SUCH A DISGRACE.
