Absa idirect insurnace has no assistance available for their clients !!

Good day Dear People be mindful of insurance company like such, they are willing to give you most cheapest rates possible to increase their client base. But when you are stuck on road and you make a phone call for an emergency road asistance no one is willing to help you. On this past Saturday i had gone for a road trip to vaal, on the way back i had a slight incident and i needed road side assistance. I called this company at the following number ***0 ********** *** i would choose the option for road side assistance and it the call would just hnagup !! and it could me network issue, but i used three different phones to make calls it was the same same same !! I have this insutance from past 3 years, well fortunatley not even once i had any incident so i am not sure i am supposed to ask for refund of each and every premium i have paid as if it had to happen 2 years ago and i was treated the same way then ?
