ABSA iDirect Insurance WORST INSURANCE

Absolutely horrible experience.

I have been insured for over 5 years with them. They fight me on a claim due to a technicality. I was signal jammed and had my belongings ****** from my boot. They refuse to pay out simply because there was no visible damage to the car. I have my car, household, specified portable possesions and unspecified portable possesions with them. It will all be canceled now. I just wish I knew about their pathetic customer care service so that I would not have wasted my last 5 years premium on this company. I urge anyone looking to join this insurance company to stay far away from them.

I will never ever return to ABSA iDirect, and I will ask everyone that I know to also stay far away from them.
