Absa Idirect Insurance- Third Party Claims

I was involved in a car accident with an Absa client. submitted all required docs. The was processed and allocated to Anton from Palm Hollander Inc I am assuming attorneys. They asked me to send them the docs and pics again. I did and was told to wait for 15 working days as the docs and pics were to be sent to the assessor. I am on day 40+ now :(. I have done 3 follow-ups) same response Anton is waiting on the assessor. who are Absa Insurance assessor's? what is the true estimated time for them respond?
