ABSA idirect insurance the WORST in SA

This insurance is the worst I have ever experienced. They are never available when you need them. I submitted a claim for hail damage and was promised that my car would be available last week Friday, it was not. I was then assured that the vehicle would be ready on Tuesday, it was not. I am now told that they cannot deliver the vehicle to me as it would be too expensive, but I gave them pre-warning that I would be relocating and I was assured that this would not be a problem. It is now a problem. I just really want my car back so I can cancel this insurance. ABSA take care of your customers, this is not ON!!! I WANT MY CAR BACK!!!!!!!
