Absa idirect insurance, sick !!

Update on my complaint: Apparently because the policy holder who's claim was unjustly declined paid me most of my damage, all is well, and they don't see a reason to pay any of us and closed my complaint. I am not fighting for myself here, I am fighting for the guy who had to pay for both vehicles! Absa idirect and their attorneys who do the dirty work are ********* in partnership. I am disgusted, and I hope these people get the same treatment from someone they paid and trusted to look after them! Hope you sleep well at night guys.
