Absa Idirect Insurance settlement.
I was told that my car is insured for +/- R455000 I had an accident and my vehicle was written off. When Absa was suppose to settle the vehicle, they decided to settle less than what I was paying for as it was even reflecting on my bank statement. Absa decided to settle less +/- R50000 don't know what us the reason.
