I would like to rate Mbalizethu Ngoobo from ABSA idirect insurance a Superstar for the service she provided me this morning. Its very rare that you come across such a skilled, informative agents whenever you call through to a call center. I commend her patience with me during our call as well as the in depth knowledge she has about the product she works with. She explained all what I need to know considering that I had been a client of Absa idirect for over 6 years and was not aware of certain information. When I called through, i was not expecting such professional conduct but to my surprise she made my day. WELL DONE MBALI!
