Absa idirect Insurance - Nonduduzo Mbele

I'd like to compliment one of Absa idirect staff member in particular, Nonduduzo Mbele, for the excellent service he provided me over the phone today. Last week I received an email indicating that my car insurance amount is going to increase by R147 effective 1st April 2023. Immediately I knew that I will not be able to afford that and I was already preparing myself to exit Absa idirect client database and go elsewhere even if it meant losing certain benefits.

The attention to detail with which Nonduduzo helped me understand why premiums are to be revised on yearly basis. He took his time to listen. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Absa idirect. However, Nonduduzo's professionalism and ability to analyze and address my situation quickly exceeded my expectations.

Very good of him to stay on the line so patiently to help me with my query. Within a few minutes on the call, he was able to review my policy and gave me the revised premium that got me saving R78 monthly effective 1st of April 2023.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended highly. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Absa Bank for many years to come.
