ABSA iDirect Insurance is the WORST!!!

This is the most service from an insurer, I called and requested a premium review as I felt my premiums were too high, I was told that an agent will call me. I waited for a month and finally decided to try and cancel. I call everyday and the consultants are very rude and keeps referring me to someone "who is supposed to assist me". It has been over a month now and I am not winning with cancelling. I will not advise anyone to take an insurance with this company as their service is the WORST. If I could rate it a zero I definitely would
