ABSA idirect Insurance is **** save yourself from the headache by taking them as your insurer

The claiming experience we have received from this company is ****, absolute diarrhea. Our house was hit by hail storm in Ladysmith and it's not fixed. All we heard was a company was assigned to to fix the house, and the company's assessor came, then that company employed a subcontractor which said it will come to do yet another assessment. What nonsense is that? I mean why didn't they pay us and we in-turn employ our own contractor?

Right now the rain is pouring and the exposed areas on the are getting even more damage and they will refuse to fix those I know that's another fight we have to fight.
