absa idirect insurance is a *******
Absa idirect household contents is an absolute *******, my 12 000 TV was accidentally damaged, the settlement value of the TV they offer is R2500, the policy states that they will pay up to R25 000, and none of my querries are adressed. i would have not taken any insurance if they were to tell me from the start that they pay 2,5k on any claim. stay away, total *******
