Absa Idirect Insurance is a ****
I joined Absa Idirect Insurance in March 2021 and their premiums increase yearly yet the value of the car insured decreases. In December 2024 they sent me and email stating that they are increasing their excess amount by 50%. I have found a better insurance and been trying to cancel with them and they are not taking my calls nor responding to emails.
